Projects (fixed-scope):
- Deposit is non-refundable once discovery starts.
- If you cancel mid-project, we’ll refund any unearned portion after deducting time worked and non-recoverable third-party costs.
Retainers / Care Plans:
- Prepaid months are non-refundable once the month starts.
- Cancelling with notice stops future auto-billing (service runs until end of paid period).
Digital goods/templates: Non-refundable once delivered/access granted.
If we materially fail to deliver the agreed scope and cannot remedy in a reasonable timeframe, you may request a pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion.
