Deliverables: design files (Figma/links), website/theme files, configured CMS, documentation, and training, as listed in your SOW.
Timelines: Provided in the project plan. Client delays in feedback/content extend timelines.
Acceptance: Each milestone includes a review window and 2 rounds of revisions. No reply for 5 business days may be treated as acceptance.
Launch: We schedule go-live, DNS, and post-launch checks.
Hosting: We can recommend hosts; unless covered by a Care Plan, hosting is the client’s responsibility.
Post-launch warranty: 14 days for bug fixes related to launched scope (excludes new requests/third-party changes).
