Projects:
- Cancel anytime with written notice. A 15% kill fee of remaining project value may apply to cover rescheduling/admin.
- We’ll invoice for all work completed to date plus committed third-party costs.
- Upon settlement, we hand over deliverables produced to date (see IP terms).
Retainers / Care Plans:
- Cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Service continues until end of paid period.
We may suspend/cancel for non-payment, abusive conduct, illegal content, or security risk.
